"Snow removal in the city is a time-critical and important job for landlords worried about tickets and liabilities. Edwin came through for me with flying colors. He was reliable, confirmed jobs in advance and sent pics afterward, and made sure I was satisfied. In a separate task, he quickly and securely remounted a damaged railing. I am happy to recommend."

"Mike did a great job sourcing the high quality materials I was looking for and then installing the fence. Highly recommend if you are looking for professional quality work."

"I wasn't going to be home but when he said he was coming that day and that was completely fine. He was very nice and removed the branch that I needed removed and cut the branch up so we could give it to my daughter-in-law for firewood. He also seemed to have removed another branch that might have been dead. He was a kind man and I would highly recommend."

"Rob was very responsive, always on time, and did a beautiful job! I needed old gates/fencing removed, new gates built and installed and the length of my chain link fence secured at the bottom so my dogs could not escape. He came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. He showed up on time, is friendly, and went above and beyond to get the work done, as it was more extensive than originally thought. I will definitley keep his cintact information handy! Highly recommend! 10/10. THANK YOU ROB! My puppies are extremely happy to ave their freedom back!"

"Martinez Lanscaping are efficient and perform quality work! Gustavo is communicative and truly wants the customer to be happy with the outcome. Our rotting patio and retaining wall were completely replaced and the new patio looks great! We were impressed and hired them for a second job, to add a wood fence over the old chain link, which we thought would be a "next year" project. The new fence was in before the next snowfall. We also had them do a quick and simple fix to our side garden wall which had fallen apart. We didn't want anything fancy, and they kept to that perfectly with a simple wood box."

"Throughout this challenging year, SGH has continued to serve faithfully and excellently as our property management company by taking care of our weekly and seasonal needs (trash, pest control, fall clean-up, etc.). In the past, SGH has also managed several large projects for us (porch replacement, new fire alarm system, new roof, repaving of lot) at no additional fee. Whenever there is an unprecedent emergency, such as a plumbing leak, SGH responds promptly and efficiently to handle it, and when a new project is required, such as small masonry work or new wallpapering, SGH has quickly provided vendor contact information to handle. They are an excellent, friendly, and dedicated group, and have served us well the past several years."
