"Over the weekend, I had the brilliant idea of attempting to install a new front door on my own without proper experience. After several hours of my own labor and a botched job and soar back to show for it, I sent Do It Right Construction an e-mail on Monday morning around 7:30am. Within an hour, I had a phone call from Chris discussing the project. I asked him to rebuild the deteriorated door frame and build a custom door jam. He asked all the right questions and gave me a more than reasonable quote to repair my work. . The very next morning, Chris and his excellent and professional team arrived at my home at their scheduled time and had the work completed with perfection within a few hours. The best part, he added alot of extra work and materials that were not quoted WITHOUT adjusting his quote. I am currently in discussions with Chris to hire him for a few other projects. On a side note: I sent 7 e-mails to other similar companies I found on here and I have yet to hear from anyone but Chris! If you are looking for a Handyman or have a construction project, stop your search here and send Chris and e-mail! He will call you back and will hold true to his word of "doing it right"!"

"Ryan's crew at Shortley Fencing came to install a wooden fence + two gates around our yard. It took about 8 weeks to get him out (due to the pandemic), but I am very glad that I waited. "These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"Phil is open to suggestions and ideas that the customer has and executes it beautifully and in a timely manner. We wanted the yard fenced in, but still wanted to see the wooded area and not feel 'boxed' in. We went with Pickets on the two sides for privacy and a California style fence-chain link bordered with wooden planks. In doing so, this opened up the landscape and are able to see in and past the yard. Phil did an awesome job! we have so many compliments from people in the surrounding area and has been in contact further asking if anything additional is needed. his prices a re reasonable, he puts in the work, very honest and will let you know if there is a better option for the longevity on the finished project. I can't speak highly enough of him and really has been a great contact to have with general contracting as well."
