"The team was efficient and friendly. They performed what looked like a dangerous task cutting a very large branch off of a huge tree overhanging our garage. They also removed a tree that was crowding the foundation of our house. We didn't even know what we needed, and they told us exactly what needed to be done. They cut the trees up into firewood for us. They were generously flexible with the cost, as we couldn't afford the initial quote for all 3 trees we had initially asked about. We will definitely be hiring them again for that last tree this summer!"

No problem: the workers built a fence for us instead. The change in plans probably added two days to the planned schedule, but there were no complaints, no griping about additional cost and no changes to the final price. "We started out by asking Mike to work on the insulation of our sizeable attic.  We have contacted different insulation companies but Mike was the only one who took the time and effort to come up with an idea that could bring the attic closer to a finished space.  He explained every step with us and he was very patient to answer all our questions.  Mike and his crew were meticulous in sealing the work area to prevent any dust from entering the living and dining room, which we really appreciate!  Throughout the work, Mike has kept us posted of the progress everyday.  We were never in the dark.  We were so impressed by the work done in the attic that we decided to hire them for a few other things and all the results were equally satisfactory.  Mike is a great guy to work with--he was always responsive even though he had many projects.  He treated his clients as if they were their only client.  He never forgot a thing you mentioned to him. "The initial responsiveness & professionalism of Shawn, was great. He discussed our project, made excellent suggestions, showed us samples of the pavers and designs and made himself available to us at odd hours. The installation of the new walkway went well and was done very professionally. We've had several compliments. The landscape design was not professional and was not well thought-out. It was clear that the design was not done by a professional/experienced horticulturist or landscape design professional. The estimates came in higher than others and we decided not to use them for our landscaping project. The tree removal/pruning was done OK. They took reasonable care to protect our lawn. However, they left one tree that was to be removed. I called back and left a message, but the call was never returned and the work never completed. The tree crew also damaged (knocked-down) both sides of a stone wall that flanks the driveway and they never notified me of the damage. I only discovered it after they left. I left several messages with the company and it took almost two weeks until my call was returned acknowledging that they would repair the walls. When the repair was done, it was a nice job."
