"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "Jeremie came out the same day we called and gave us a recommendation and a solution to our problem. The next week his crew was delivering materials and getting ready to install our new drains and asphalt driveway for the following day. The work commenced as planned, however, the grade was so steep that they had to do most of the prep work by hand and all the asphalt installation by hand. My wife and I thought that was difficult enough, but they did all this during the hottest two days of the summer. Great job during very trying circumstances. We love our new driveway.
