"I had hired Rotten Rock a few winters ago for tree service. I had nearly a dozen very large pine trees that were very tall and within falling distance of my house. At first I was overwhelmed by the thought of any tree professional tackling this job, but then I met Henry and his crew. "To start, this was our situation: our basement has three "rooms", one of which is predominantly a crawl space area. In this section, there is a lot of ledge in the basement, and a LOT of water worked its way into our basement with every rainstorm. On top of this, the crawl space section was closest to the stairwell, so the mildewy smell kind of permeated throughout the house. TC Hafford was extremely easy to work with. Our initial estimate was fast, easy, and informative. They will actually send you detailed brochures and outlines of how they're going to waterproof your space. From there, it became obvious that the customer service and workers really cared about the quality of their work, and in making sure we were happy every step of the way. The service was fantastic, and we always felt "in the loop". The job took slightly longer than expected (it was not an easy job), but the end results were exactly what we had hoped for. What we ultimately had done was this: the team encapsulated our entire crawlspace with the CleanSpace and Waterguard system, then installed a single sump pump to replace the two we already had. To do this, they needed to install Waterguard drainage piping with crushed rock throughtout the basement (which was later cemented over again so it's unobtrusive). Then they covered the ledge and unfinished parts of the basement with CleanSpace with Waterguard underneath, which keeps the moisture separate from the rest of the basement and allows the piping to carry any water down to the sump pump. They then installed a drainage system that led away from the house (again, as unobtrusive and well-done as possible). Given our experience as a whole, we plan to call TC Hafford in the future with any needs, and would definitely recommend them."

"Crack-X sent Tom to fix it. I am very satisfied with the work Tom did on my basement crack on July 19. He was very professional. He would inform me his lateness due to the traffic. When he’s here, he would tell me what he would do and how long it would take for each step. He finished the work just as he said. I am so glad that all is moving so smoothly. The fix has stood the tests of the last a few rains and no any sign of leaking again."

"We bought a shed from Sam's Club and paid to have it assembled and installed. We had a bunch of crushed rock left over from our above ground pool and asked the shed company if we could use this as a base for the shed to go on top of. They said yes. When the guy came out to install the shed, he was surprised they said we could use that base, but installed it anyway. The floor of the shed was so uneven and bumpy. I found KM Tottle on Angies list and called them. He came right out and advised us that we needed a wood base to go underneath and that he could raise the shed and install it underneath and that would level out the floor.They came on the date and time planned and the work is excellent. The floor is perfectly level. I would hire them again in a minute. <br />"

Shaun came the day he said he would be there and finished on the day he said he would finish. His crew cleaned up every day. I had the code officer to the house while Shaun was there to do a wiring inspection and he commented on Shaun's work with and quot;those guys know what they are doing.and quot; It was a pleasure working with SB Masonry and I will use them again for any related projects I have. <br />"

"Brent brought a helper with him and as you would like any contractor to be, he knew resources, arranged for the digging to be done by a front loader, secured stone, raked the area and packed the stone.  He waited a day for the concrete to cure, removed the form, and completed the job by cleaning up.  He kept in touch by phone, email and in person so I was informed at all times about the progress. <br /> He was concerned and made sure I was satisfied at all points along the way.  He is pleasant to deal with and easy to converse with which made the job a pleasure.  He went above the requirements to ensure it was a job he could be proud of, in spite of the fact that I was satisfied.  He wanted to do the best he could.  I certainly would recommend him to others and call on him again should I need it. <br /> <br /> <br />"
