"We had a problem with the flat roof.. There was extensive water damage. I called a number of companies. Aastro was the first to show up, and the only company that actually did roof repairs. Frankie came out and did an inspection of the roof. In addition to the water damage he found a number of holes in the ridge vent. He gave us estimates on minimal repairs to the water damage and the holes in the shingled portion of the roof and a more comprehensive repair and silicone coating for the flat roof. That was the route we chose. It was little more than I expected. But with TS Erin still undecided about where she was going to land we decided to go with it. The techs Saloman and Gregorio were out there the next day working on the repairs. They worked quickly and clean. They earned every penny they're paid and then some. Frankie and Rogelio, the production manager, checked in regularly and the work was completed in two days. From start to finish it was a five star experience."

"I placed a request for quote on Angies List and was given 3 â preferredâ vendors to contact. I reached out to all three: one never called me back, one never showed or called for the quote appointment and Richard who answered my phone call as soon as I pressed send on the website. Richard arrived for the appointment on time, inspected the roof and quickly provided both an oral estimate as well as a written one. He and his office were in constant contact with me as far as scheduling and advising of weather delays etc. The job was completed at the quoted price and the repair appears as if there was never a leak. "We contacted them on Memorial Day. It was raining very hard and we discovered we had a roof leak. Mike, the owner came right over to speak with us, then a short time later he came back with one of his employees to inspect the roof. He worked up a quote for us within a few hours. Once we accepted the quote, he promptly scheduled the repair. The roofers were here on time as scheduled. They were all very polite and worked very hard all day.
