"Kent of Mr. Sparky arrived right on time and was so helpful. We are new to the whole generator realm and needed an outlet installed to be able to run our portable generator if power went out so that our well pump would work. Kent walked around the house with me and made suggestions on how we could go about making this connection. He then discovered that we already had the outlet installed. (Thanks to my builder's far sightedness) He then walked me through the whole connection process, how and what breakers to shut off or turn on and how it would all work. I was only charged for a visit and Kent shared his number with me if we had any questions.
