"No sooner were the pool contractors done when the Blue Ridge Fencing crew showed up to start the pool fencing. They did the job quickly and beautifully! We actually put the pool in the pasture adjacent to our yard. So after fencing the pool they then replaced 300 feet of the horse fence so that the pool became part of the yard. They showed up early every day and finished the job in less than a week. After completion, I needed to modify a gate to prevent a dog escape from the new yard. They returned quickly and resolved the problem for me I have learned that often the low bidder is not very detailed in the proposal. When I confronted the other bidder with some questions it was clear he was not going to get my job done according to my needs either in terms of time or quality. ". I originally wrote a disparaging review of Chesapeake Landscape and Design due to non-responsiveness and follow-up on appointment for an estimate. I was subsequently contacted by Bell Hartnack and it was explained that the person I was dealing with had a serious health issue and was hospitalized and they apologized for not following up. I was subsequently put in touch with the same person as before, who had recovered from the health episode. We scheduled another appointment for an estimate, which was accomplished in a timely manner.  The quoted cost was reasonable and we signed a contract. They scheduled the work at my convenience and it was performed very well and in a timely manner. <br /> Kudos to Bell Hartnack and Chuck Slater for their friendly, courteous and professional service and reponsiveness. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the look of the area."
