"Got my fence move closer to the front of my yard and got a new gate. Gate post was sturdy and look better than what I had. . However, I didn?t like that there were big gaps. The bottom of the gate had a big gap and the side of the gate to the house have a big gap.the gap at the bottom of the gate was too wide. I know a cat couldn?t go under it but it was too wide so I asked the tech to close it a little. He didn?t like that I asked him to close the gap but I want to feel comfortable with the look of my gate. He reminded me that closing the bottom gap could void the warranty if stones get under it. A strip of wood on the gate post, to close the gap would have been nice especially that it wouldn?t interfere with the structure or warranty but would just give me a little more privacy."

This was after waiting for a call back from the fence company who originally did all our fences and gates...I waited 6 days with no call back. Thank goodness for Pat and his son! The ended up having to saw off the hinge welds because one of the hinges was not moving much. The gate was repaired and welded back on in about 90 minutes!
