"The opening is so wide (19.5 feet) we were concerned about what type of gate it would take to fit in that area. Their salesman came out and discussed options that would not cost us an enormous amount of money. They ended up putting double-posts on each side and then they could put in two 9 foot gates to fill the remaining opening. The installers came when we were told they would. They set the posts and then told us that it would probably take 10 days to have the gates ready. They were back in 10 business days and did a very professional job installing the gates. The gates only came with one drop-rod, but, the installer said on a gate that big there was no way he was going to only put one drop rod in. He installed it with two drop-rods to prevent them from having to come back and do warranty work."

"<p>Pre-paid via Angies list which was pretty close to the actual amount.  275.00 more.   A bit pricey compared to handyman type contractors but not for deck specialist.  I was interested in getting it done well, and was not disappointed.  Contacted Tim and left message which was retruned quickly.  He was out of town the following week so the initial estimate was a longer than usual coming but to be fair, I was calling for a deck refinish early April.  He initially set up the refinish for mid-May when he had his team back for the season, but called to do it earlier which was great.  They did the job complete with sanding and restaining within two days.  They left no mess behind.  Tim was responsive, considerate, and very easy to work with.  Will definitely call him back when it's time for another layer of stain.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Thanks Tim!</p> <br />"
