"They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever. "

"Overall, the roof looks great. However, the job did get off to a rocky start because there was no supervision on site the 1st day. Once supervision arrived all issues were corrected and the job went well. I recommend you stay home and watch every step of the installation to insure it is going as planned. (I would recommend this with any roofing contractor) Their crew moves very quickly. Jack Sullivan handled the contract and ultimately delivered as promised."
