Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"I needed to have the electronic key fob for my 2012 Kia Sportage replaced because the rubber buttons had degraded with age, basically rendering the remote useless. I couldn’t find anyone in the area that did these until Jon’s Locks was recommended to me. The guy working the shop was super friendly and personable, and made easy, friendly conversation while he cut and programmed my key for me, and the cost was far more reasonable than going to the dealership for the exact same thing. My wife is going to need a replacement key for her car soon as well and I’ll 100% head back to Jon’s to have it taken care of! Thank you!"

"Steve is awesome! He does amazing work and communicates about everything. Steve replaced our door and and the rotting floor behind it. He also painted all the walls and trim in the main parts of our house. He hired a plasterer to fix our ceiling in our kitchen and he will be back to replace one of our windows in the front too. We will definitely be hiring him again."
