"The project went very well. Timing and budget were met. More importantly, I had a curvy design (drawn on graph paper) and a new material in mind (recycled rubber pavers, now offered by Azek). Unlike many of the contractors I spoke with, Jeff from MasonWorks was willing to work with my design and this unfamiliar material that involved laying plastic grids over the compacted base and then installing the pavers. The pavers themselves could be cut with a woodworking tools. I wanted a dogwood blossom design on the entry and main patios which required a lot of diagonal cuts. I didn't want to pay for the extra labor to make that happen, so MasonWorks team laid the pavers in a random pattern and gave me a few days before applying the sand to lock in when I was able to cut and rearrange the pavers to make my design. I am so thrilled with the result. I had wanted a deck, but the raised terrace was a great solution that didn't conflict with zoning. The work was done in 2011 and, 8 years later, it is holding up really well, even though I did dig out the base material pretty close to the edge of the pavers to allow for more planting. The first photo is from 2018. The others are from 3-5 years ago."

The project consisted of replacing pavers stones that have sunken over the years. They also fixed a decorative front retaining wall that was leaning. "Mike and his team did a huge project for me and basically turned a dust-bowl of a backyard into a beautifully hardscaped courtyard and private space. They removed all the old plantings and dirt and disposed of everything. This alone was a major project. They then layed down ~800 sq ft of Cambidgestone pavers and did an exceptional job considering it was laid on top of my septic system and they had to accommodate for the 4 access covers to the septic tanks and leaching field. They added 4 larger sized tiles that matched flawlessly to the pavers and essentially disappeared into the pattern. They also did a stucco finish to my concrete block foundation, installed cobblestones around all the planters and completed the outdoor shower area. On top of that, all his guys were super polite and hard working and couldn't have been nicer to work with. They did amazing work and we couldn't be happier with the results. The price was fair and competitive."

"Silvio and his team are excellent. They worked 9 hours each day in rain, heat, storm to get the job done in 6 days. Silvio and his team are true professionals. Their design and craftsmanship is excellent. Silvio provided excellent recommendations on the type of paver to compliment the house color, the functional design and layout of the patio as well as type of stone veneer. Silvio's team did a superb job precisely laying the foundation and cutting the pavers perfectly, ensuring a small degree of slope for water run off as well as correct engineering measurements on the angles of the patio. "Our job included demo of an old garage pad, a driveway, a thick poured concrete patio, and removal of existing grass. The whole yard was gutted and a new gravel shed pad was created, along with a beautiful new paver patio with a step up on either side at the gates. New sod was installed, increasing our green space where the driveway/garage used to run down the side of the yard. Phil cut back the tree branches so it would get enough sun as our yard is shaded in the afternoon. Phil and Janice and their team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish, working with us to get the scope of the job just right before the work began, checking in frequently through the duration and upon completion, answering the many questions we had along the way. Anything unforseen was addressed promptly and thoroughly. We are very satisfied with the work and would recommend their services!"
