"Tao did an excellent job of re-finishing our floors. We had a move-in deadline, which he was able to meet. Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Tao and his firm."

He refinished all the floors in our bedrooms and great room as well as the stairs in our home and everything looks amazing. These floors had carpet and he took the extra time to get every single staple and nail up and clearly takes pride in his work. We also had hardwood installed in our kitchen and breezeway and he matched everything perfectly and blended in the wood with our older floor. "Lou Topia and son did a superb job refinishing our wood floors. They had to remove and dispose of old carpeting. They added matching hardwood to areas that did not have hardwood and interlaced hardwood in areas that needed to be extended. They sanded and buffed all of the hardwood, and then applied four coats of poly. We trusted them with our house while we moved out for those four days. We highly recommend them for anyone requiring new hardwood installation as well as refinishing existing hardwood flooring. they are the best!!!"

"Though I did decide not to use this pro, he came out in a timely manner. He was honest about the floor (that it was probably better as a sub floor) but said if I wanted to refinish it, he would do so. He gave me a great price. But since it was soft wood, a pine floor, and we have a large dogs I decided to wait and replace the floor at a later date when the budget allows. I appreciated his honesty and price. I will hire them when we get ready to do our other floors."
