"The project went very well, especially considering the steep slope in out back yard where the fence was going.  The estimator came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and an availability that fit our schedule.  <br /> <br /> When the installation crew arrived, they got right to work removing the old fence without damaging the flower borders.  All posts were cemented in place and everything was checked so it was straight.  There were a couple of points of confusion between the estimators plans and the crew's understanding of the project - but they were very flexible and modified the design on the spot. <br /> <br /> <br />"

When we agreed on a start date, he and his crew were on time and got right to work in the middle of yet another wind storm. Throughout the the 3 day job his crew was efficient and clean. Omar came out everyday to oversee their progress and to see if I needed anything. They removed and replaced over 150 ft of fencing. When I did occasionally call or email before, during and after completion, Omar was quick to respond. Excellent customer service!! After completion we had another huge windstorm and the fence looks like it's going to hold wonderfully. Karen quickly scheduled our appointment, was on time and professional. She was knowledgeable about the quality of her product and fencing in general. Their bid was extremely fair--even after we decided on a fancy top for the two shared gates. Also important to us was their honesty--no hidden fees.
