We asked Juan to refinish about 90 square feet of hard wood landings to match the stair treads and install matching baseboard. He recommended one of two different stains to match the landings to the stairs most closely. Juan got the tint exactly right. Among the things I really liked about Juan and his company was that he speaks very good English, so that there was no confusion. He did the work at the time and date he promised. He charged a fair price. And Juan takes pride in his work. I would only hire Juan if we ever need work done again on our wood floors."

I was never told that the baseboard would not be removed... which means that the wood was only installed short of the baseboards, and now, I will always have to have a base shoe. This is not a design element that I want to be forced to live with.
