"Keith was absolutely terrific to work with. We had an emergency fencing situation in January (my mother could no longer walk her dog and needed to fence in the backyard)...not a great time to need a fence in Ohio! The Fence Guy was one of the few companies that install through the winter as weather allows. Keith came out right away, earned the trust of both of my parents, stayed in constant communication with me and put in a fence as soon as could possibly be done. He did the work himself and it looks wonderful. We were so lucky to find him. Highly recommend working with Keith!"

"The entire process was very smooth. Expert fence installed 400 ft. of 4 t. black Miller aluminum puppy picket fence. Materials arrived ahead of schedule so they were able to install the fence 3 weeks sooner than they had committed. Additionally, we received heavy snow the night before the installation and they spent the first 2 hours shoveling snow to uncover the ground. I would not have expected them to install the fence until the snow melted so I was impressed. Expert even had their own special concrete mix to use in cold weather. They addressed all my questions surrounding installing a fence during the winter months to satisfaction and assured me they had successfully installed fences in the winter before. The entire project was complete in 2 days. Unfortunately, during the installation they did cut through a sprinkler line, however, while they were aware we had a sprinkler system, there was no way for us to mark the underground lines, only the heads; so I can't hold them entirely accountable for that. They laid out the entire fence layout with string lines before they started digging so I could approve it, and also laid out where the fence posts would be so we could ensure there would be no interferences with the sprinkler heads. All the fence posts were dug by hand and were sunk 3 feet. I was impressed with their work, and would recommend them."

"I like the fact that Fence Specialists returned my call when I first placed the call, they did come out and gave me an estimate. When they did book the job, they came out and got the work done in a very timely manner. we were held up to some extent by rains, they couldn't install the fence when it was bad weather. They did a very good job. I had neighbors who had kids that was toring the fence down on purpose and after they put the new fence up, the kids came out and took it down again but they back and repaired it, I thought that was great. I would recommend them to others."

I received an estimate in the morning and they were able to install the fence in the afternoon.  my only complaint would be that the install tech did not thoroughly bury all of the cable, so I had to walk around the perimeter afterwards to close/cover the holes where the trencher buried the cable. <br />"

"Pat came out last year and provided an estimate for installing electric fence system we bought ourselves. Cost included install and an upgraded durable line. He was prompt in providing an estimate and getting the install completed - all within several days. The following spring our dog actually found and chewed a piece of exposed line coming out from garage. Pat immediately came out next day and fix line and put PVC around it; this was ll done at no charge. The again in August we called and some questions about some driveway construction we were doing, and Pat responded within an hour to answer our question. "I recently had Archadeck out for a quote on the repair to our patio pavers. We have an approximately 20 by a 20-foot deck that had started to sag in several spots. The deck is approximately 12 years old. Technology and materials have changed substantially since our deck was originally built. It soon became apparent that the project was going to be much more involved than we anticipated. My wife and I are both in our sixties and looking to downsize shortly. Rather than leave immediately, he stayed, and we talked about workarounds (none of which involved his company) that might accomplish our goals given that we did not anticipate remaining in the house for longer than five years. He provided invaluable information and insight. He gave us ideas that might work for us - none of which involved his company. His product appeared to be a much more durable and longer lasting solution than our immediate needs. We are going to take his advice. My wife and I were impressed with his company, their product and the materials they used for the subflooring under the pavers. At this point, he had nothing to gain except for goodwill. We would contact Aaron and Archadeck again if we wanted to build a first class, longlasting deck. They would certainly be one of the candidates that we would explore."
