I explained how I wanted to raise a new deck over the existing and enlarge two feet one direction and ten feet the other including raising the level eleven inches including a three season room that opened on the patio. I had no formal plans, just an idea. He listened to my ideas then completed exactly what we wanted. We could not be more pleased with the final results! Eons attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and use of time was something you do not often see from contractors working on a T. M. job. One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"
