After the vanity cabinetry was installed, Bill was able to schedule the plumbing work within the same week. Tim was able to come a little sooner and approached the job as a knowledgeable, seasoned professional. He was very helpful in explaining features of the product we purchased and information about warranty for future reference. Tim as well as Bill and Rex cate about the customer and are helpful and responsive to questions. "Amanda Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I had them out over the weekend for a leak that was going into my ceiling. It turns out that it was from our upstairs bathroom toilet (which we were going to replace anyways) The plumber Tyler was super kind and helpful. He fixed our leak and installed the new toilet that I had on my hubby's to do list. I was also surprised about how reasonable their weekend rates were and how fast Tyler got out to us. "The service representative arrived within an hour of our phone call. <br /> He put on protective foot covers on his shoes when he entered our home so he wouldn't soil our floors & carpet. <br /> Martin spent time analyzing our plumbing to determine the best course of action to tackle our problem.  <br /> He then called in additional help to verify his findings. <br /> Martin and Adam spent time explaining what they needed to do and walked us through the procedure and costs informing us of all of the issues, problems and complications that might occur based upon what they might find.  <br /> They asked us questions to determine what our needs were and also showed us existing plumbing that was old and might cause problems in the future as well as inform us of plumbing that did not meet code standards and offered solutions to correct the code problems.  <br /> They cleaned up after themselves and even rinsed our basement floor of the debris from the drain and also put our washer & dryer back into place. <br /> We have never had any service representative spend as much time and energy to not only solve our problem but to explain everything in such great detail. We had other projects we wanted done, but they explained to us that installation of these fixtures (and a new outlet) would involved drywall being cut and they wanted us to know this before starting.  We decided this wasn't worth doing.  <br /> They arrived for the estimate a few minutes early, and arrived the day to work right on time. Matt did the installation, and he was professional, courteous, neat and clean. He was only there 1/2  a day. <br />"
