"I called Jack L Woods Plumbing Company on 3/25/2017 about replacing our leaking gas water heater. They set up a job appointment for 3/28/2017. The two expert technicians arrived on time, removed the old gas water heater and a fair amount of old plumbing, and then furnished and installed a Bradford White 40-gallon gas Power Vent water heater (including setting up the required Columbus City permit, with the successful city inspection being done later on 4/12/2017). This installation included installing a water heater safety pan with drain, and replacing the existing water heater expansion tank. These two did a solid, efficient, and complete job, and were very personable and professional. They and this company were very honest and have excellent customer service. We would definitely use Jack L Woods Plumbing Company again."

"This is the second time I’ve had them out. The first time, I had a water line leak spraying a fine mist all over the furnace room. The response to that on a weekend, was phenomenal!! This time, I needed a new hot water tank and a new kitchen faucet installed. They are punctual, friendly, and clean up after they are done. They arrived for the estimate a few minutes early, and arrived the day to work right on time. Matt did the installation, and he was professional, courteous, neat and clean. He was only there 1/2  a day.
