"I cannot even begin to express my appreciation to Keith and Dan for the beautiful bathroom floor. A handyman I had hired to do various jobs around the home had attempted to do the floor. The tiles were loose, you could hear the grout crunching when you walked on it, no spacers were used so grout lines were uneven...it was a mess! When Keith and Dan tore out the floor, they found a soaking wet subfloor because the toilet had not been properly reset. In less than 48 hours I had a brand new floor with a concrete underlayment, and a new water line and valve to the toilet which now does not leak.
