"I have been Lawn Pride’s customer for many years servicing my lawn, ornament trees, and shrubs. I have been very happy with their services over the years. My lawn looks healthy so do my ornamental trees and shrubs. They stand by their products and services, as I had lawn issues this year, and they remedy them promptly, free of charge."

Emergency services offered

"We hired SavATree three separate times during summer/ fall 2017 for tree cutting, trimming, cabling, and removal and stump grinding. Twice the work was pre-scheduled and once was in response to high wind storm damage, during which a large tree fell in our neighbors’ yards. SavATree is large enough to have a full time office staff and enough field tree workers to provide flexibility in scheduling and a fast response time for emergency work. We have been burned in the past by smaller tree services that overpromise dates and never show up. SavATree is reliable and shows up for estimates and tree work on the dates and times that were scheduled. Jonathan Borysiewicz, the Cape Cod Branch Manager, provided detailed estimates beforehand, listing exactly what work would be performed, ensuring nothing was overlooked. SavATree has all new equipment and does a great job on clean up afterwards. Jonathan and the field tree workers were all professional, courteous and very experienced and knowledgeable. We plan to hire SavATree for our future tree work. We have already referred them to another neighbor who also hired them for storm damage this year."

FAQs for trees & shrubs treat, protect and maintain projects in Westfield, IN

A tree doctor or tree surgeon is another term for an arborist. The term is more common in places like the United Kingdom. They are professionals trained to plant, care for, maintain, diagnose, and remove trees of all kinds. Tree doctors have specialized knowledge to ensure the health and safety of trees.

Arborists are tree care specialists who plan, maintain, and enhance the health of trees with expert precision. They prune, diagnose diseases, treat pest infestations, remove hazardous limbs, and manage debris cleanup while developing comprehensive landscaping plans. They also handle tree planting and work with landscape professionals to ensure long-term tree vitality and safety.

Consulting arborists are tree experts who can advise homeowners and business owners on the right trees to plant, how to care for existing trees, and what to do about trees that appear to be sick or pose a safety threat. A consulting arborist may work with local landscape architects, investment property owners, city governments, developers, and other arborists.

An arborist may be able to save a dying tree. If you notice that your tree suddenly appears to be sick or is exhibiting unusual behavior, contact an arborist immediately. They will thoroughly inspect the tree to determine what might be wrong with it—and will let you know if it’s possible to save the tree and how to do it.

Verifying an arborist’s credentials is crucial for reliable tree care. Arborists must be licensed by their state and hold certifications from reputable organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Request proof of licensing and certification, and review local recommendations to ensure you are hiring a professional who meets high industry standards and adheres to strict safety protocols.
