"Osden s was the 3rd plumber I called to assess a leaking hot water heater. The other 2 never returned my calls. Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!"

"I called and got a call back within the 24 hours states in the message. They were able to come out quickly and take care of all work that was possible to do. They came within the allotted 2 hour window and were polite and cleaned up after they were done. They fixed the toilet and made sure it worked properly, made an adjustment as well as installed the new sink and faucet. We have an old tub with a old style lead pipe that clogs quickly. They tried to do a few things to help but didn’t want to damage the pipe. They are the only plumbers that gave an alternative to cutting a hole in my living room ceiling that would ruin antique plaster work. They suggested going through an adjacent closet. I will be calling them in the future to replace tub drain pipe."

"Above and beyond. A master shower leak was discovered on a Friday afternoon but it wasn't plumbing - so I had to fine a 'tile person' so I asked around and then went looking on line and found S&W Tile, a small local business. I filled in the online form and by 7:30 Saturday morning Wes was on the phone and out at my house before noon with a plan, a timeline and I was in. A week later he and is trusty young colleague Ryan were on the job, on time, on schedule and more to install a complete Schluter Shower system. What's that, right? Well, waterproof for one thing! And when the Schluter rep heard my heated bathroom floor didn't seem to work, he drove over to check it and now it works. Every little detail was meticulous, and they are super nice, respectful and I would recommend them and hire them again in a heart beat. Oh, and one more thing. I was thinking about tiling my other bathroom floor and my front hall, but after checking it out, we decided against it - and Wes helped me make that decision because he was so clear about the process and potential issues that I decided to hold off when he could have easily not told me any of it and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Integrity means a lot."

"When I first placed the call to the main phone, they answered the phone, I did not have to speak to an operator or machine.  They were friendly and professional and based on the information I gave them they gave me an estimate and set up a date for the appointment.  The more information you have on the issue, the better they can give an estimate and determine what is needed so be prepared to provide some details.  They also called me back to confirm the date because of our schedules. <br />  The plummer showed up on time and checked the three items I asked to have addressed.  He started on the kitchen faucet.  This was tough because it was an old faucet that had been leaking a long time and was kind of rusted in the sink.  He was patient and replaced the faucet.  He replaced the toilet which was a seal that needed replacing.  That was no problem.  Then, he installed the suppressors in the basement.  There was some water in the pipes which was no problem.  My water hammer was significantly reduced.  I have had no problems with any of the services.  The plummer was friendly and professional and cleaned up after the work.   I definitely recommend A R Zukowski. <br />"
