"Incredibly well Shane displayed skill and a touch of genius. We had communicated by phone and text message. Shane explained that there are no exterior doors available that are in 23 inch size. If I could find a door manufacturer who would accept a special order that could take months and cost a small fortune. Most likely companies who manufacture doors would not accept a special order for a size they don't make. Shane showed up for the job with all the materials he needed to repair the door. He provided an estimate and then setup for Crossover’s highly trained and experienced Leaks and Repairs Supervisor, Chris Spurlock, to call us. Chris quickly called to set up a time to drop by our home to analyze the dormers. He carefully inspected the dormers and then explained why the dormers were leaking.
