"After stripping the old roof, a few of the underlying boards required replacement. Those rate for those repairs were estimated in the original quote and were reasonably priced. My roof is a fairly simple gabled roof with limited penetration; but, I was still surprised that they were able to finish in one day. "Outstanding!! The folks from Storm Guard were very professional from start to finish. Jeff helped to educate me about my roof. He pointed out things that the typical homeowner is not going to know. He spotted significant hail damage on my roof and was very responsive and was there to meet with the initial insurance adjuster as well as the 3rd party inspector that my insurance company had hired. Both of these companies agreed with Storm Guard that I did have hail damage. Thus, I was able to get my roof replaced with the financial assistance of my insurance company. The project coordinator for Storm Guard also kept me in the loop to let me know when to expect the roofing crew and then later the siding crew. He also came out to inspect the progress of this installation and to check on the crew. They finished my roof in just 2 days. The normal roofing company would have taken over a week to complete. I would highly recommend the folks from Storm Guard."

"Terry called within 2 days to say the estimate was ready. I asked him to please fax it to me, which he did. This company was the lowest bidder and my husband and I decided we wanted them to do the roof. We signed the estimate and mailed it to the company. I attached a note asking him to call, as we did not know what color of roof we wanted. Terry called and set up an appointment to come to our house on a Saturday. He was an hour late, but he called to tell us he was on his way. He brought samples and made suggestions. We chose a color and he said his crew would be available in about a week and a half. First the shingles, etc. would be delivered and the crew would come in the next 2 or 3 days. The shingles arrived on a Thursday and the crew arrived on Friday. They were able to complete a portion of the work (the crew is 6 or 7 men) so they came back on Saturday. Two men did not show up so the roof was not completed on Saturday. They asked if they could come back on Sunday. I said "yes" and they completed the roof on Sunday afternoon. Terry came by both Saturday and Sunday to check on the crew. The roof, which now has 30 year shingles, looks so much better. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. They cleaned the gutters and tried their best to pick up all the nails."

Also, the supervisor who came to provide an estimate for replacing was also professional but pleasant. In addition, he was thoroughly knowledgeable an answered all the questions I had.
