"Gary Blindt and his excellent team just finished replacing all our gutters and downspouts today. We are delighted with every aspect of their work and recommend High Tech Roofing most highly. - We chose higher capacity 6" aluminum gutters to better cope with heavy downpours. The finished job looks absolutely great. Also, the new fasteners and brackets can not be seen -- unlike our previous gutters. Every segment was installed perfectly. Sections connecting the second floor gutter to the lower one in front were fitted properly, unlike the original job we inherited when we bought the house. - Gary and his men took special care with a couple of tricky features of our split level house -- for example, they fashioned a watertight S-curved leader to get around difficult features of our exterior sump pump pipe. Also, each new downspout is directed into the existing underground drainage pipes with a snug fit -- as though they had always been that way. - Our property was left spotless and clean, in what seemed like no time. Every single man was hard-working and friendly. - Finally, I can not say enough about how pleasant and professional Gary Blindt is. The job was done just as he said it would be done and looks even better than I ever imagined. Plus, he was very kind in several ways -- even booking our job in a way that was especially helpful for us, though his schedule is absolutely packed. "Lev, his crew, and Natia in the office are all superb. We contacted Lev for a quote to replace the roof on our 135 year old three story Victorian home. He responded promptly, came over to access the job, and knew immediately what needed to be done. He left us with confidence in his knowledge of what needed to be done for a quality and thorough job. Shortly afterwards we received a price with all details of what was included in the job. It was a very fair price given the scope of the work and we contracted with him. We also contracted with him to replace all the gutters and leaders on the house. Lev and his crew began work on the promised date. They tore off the two existing layers of asphalt shingles, the original cedar shake shingles under the asphalt, and removed the original Yankee gutters (wooden). They then sheathed, papered, and shingled the roof, including a ridge vent. This old house has many gables, a mansard area, and a main hip area, so it’s a complicated roof. There is also an existing skylight and they handled all of these features with ease and expertise. Lev was on site with his crew, always working alongside them or checking on the work being done. He is not just a contractor, he’s a skilled and talented man who pays great attention to all detail. There was a ten foot piece of aluminum soffit missing at one eave and he installed new soffit there. He also took care of any areas of the existing aluminum siding that needed attention. Not only was he interested in giving us a dry home, he also wanted it to look good (hence the extra attention to the siding). He takes great pride in his work and that’s a huge plus for the homeowner, needless to say. He goes above and beyond. He (and Natia in the office) keep you informed throughout the entire process and promptly respond to any questions or requests. His crew is respectful and skilled, and they never forget that the work site isn’t just a job site, rather it’s a home/where people live. When the gutter man was here, Lev was back on site making sure everything was up to snuff and that we were pleased. He and his crew did a top-notch job cleaning up the yard and driveway, including having a crew sweep and vacuum the attic space. I should mention that we are two-zoned HVAC and he made sure the furnace/air handler in the attic –and the natural gas and refrigerant lines- were covered and protected before work began. We couldn’t be happier with Lev. He’s honest, hardworking, intelligent, and dedicated to the customer’s satisfaction. We feel like we hit the jackpot in finding him to do this job. "Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material.
