After 25 years of living here, everything was overgrown, worn out and basically in need of a major overhaul. Lastly, the extremely detailed cost estimate Dan provides for each project, and then the actual final invoice is something I have never been provided from any other service provider. Each line item is tracked to arrive at the final cost, showing exactly where the project was under- on- or over-estimate. There is one phase remaining in my major yard overhaul.
