"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. "I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"Joe is a real pleasure to work with, and ultimately his goal is your complete satisfaction. He and his guys did a top notch job with everything. The original project's scope was replacing all of the siding (with vinyl) and roofing (architectural shingles), as well as putting in a new bay window (where there was none before). 
While working on the siding, Joe discovered that one of our large windows was very rotted, so I ended up having to replace that window too.
The only hitch during the entire process, I'd say, was that he was originally supposed to start at the end of July/early August... due to his other gigs getting delayed, we slipped all the way to November before the work started. Given that we were now heading into winter, I was concerned about weather impacting the work. The main reason we were getting this work done was because I wasn't sure if our existing siding (masonite) would make it another winter. Joe was not concerned, and let me know he works through the winter, and that he'd get the job done. True to his word, he did just that. Took about two months to get everything done (this included waiting for the new window to be delivered, weather, etc.). Other than that, he was here promptly at 7am every morning (weather permitting) and worked straight through to sun down. 
The additional costs above and beyond the original quote were all very reasonable... Most of it, for me, was the replacement window... beyond that, it was very minimal and legitimate. Ultimately, there were no extraordinary or unnecessary costs tacked on or anything like that. Everything was very fair. 
We are very happy with how our house looks, and I absolutely would recommend Joe to anyone looking to do any siding/roofing work... or even just installing windows. I would certainly use his services again.

"Did a great Job with roof and helped me with the insurance claim from the storm damage to roof. They are prompt, clean, and super nice. Anything they moved potted plants, my deck furniture , was put back in place with care. They went over yard with a magnet device to get any loose nails , etc that may have fallen in grass."
