Three months ago I hired a handyman to fix the flapper in the toilet and he tank cracked. A mess was left and he never returned my calls. Lesson learned - hire professionals. Tom called and left message. When I got back to him he knew right away why I was calling. Arranged an appointment for the next day and told me exactly what would be done. Joey showed up (half hour early - still in jammies. Got right to business. A few things came up but they were not problem for him. An hour or so later he was emailing the receipt. Would highly recommend and plan on using them again for both major plumbing and general maintenance."

"Overall they did NOT do what they were paid to do. 1) They were paid $25,000 to document and remove the contents and on numerous occasions they opened a drawer and took one picture, or they missed an area entirely. I would say about 30% of the contents were documented in this way. Their job was to document everything so we could file a comprehensive claim. I personally spent over 150 hours working on the contents inventory to make up for their shortcomings. 2) They were paid an additional $5,691.95 to clean some of the contents that could be salvaged. Numerous items, we can only document 14 of them, are missing from the cleaned contents totaling a value of over $7,000. WDR's response was oh we made a mistake and disposed of those items and you will be reimbursed by the insurance company for their value (of course depreciated) so no harm was done. Of course there is harm!! These items had not only material but sentimental value! We lost everything in my parents home of 50+ years and they just threw the things away. Very Very unprofessional. 3) In the boxes of items that were cleaned and returned we have found items that were never ours, how many people have they switched or lost items on??"

Israel makes a point of answering your questions as the project progresses and offers some great remodeling ideas as well. I especially appreciated Jesus who prepped for installing shower, and made sure that the plumbing work was done correctly . He really hustled for me and found a cabinet maker and fabricator for me to create a beautiful vanity. The tile crew and painter Deo are exceptional workers as well. I am very happy with my bathroom remodel . I would not hesitate to hire this company for your project. I feel confident that you would be pleased with their work and professionalism as well."
