"Jose and his employees were great to work with. I got 2 bids on my job. The first was done via phone with pictures. The price was very reasonable. The second was from Jose, who showed up at my home and assessed the situation. The cost was higher but I think the first bidder, when he got to my home would have seen the problems associated with the job and raised his bid. Either that or the quality would have been a great deal below what I received from Cardenas Concrete. In addition, Jose suggested that I contact the plumbing company that caused one of the problems associated with the project. I did and that company corrected that problem at zero cost. I am a big believer that you get what you pay. "We had grass removed, paver walkways installed and rocks were expanded (about $15,000 in total). Overall, the work performed was done very well. The paver prep and installation was excellent. They had to cut pavers around two curved concrete areas. The paver cuts for this were outstanding. The rock they initially installed, did not match our existing rock. They indicted the existing rock would be matched the best they could, but it really looked bad and had small gravel pieces within it all over. Our existing rock was from 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch in diameter. After contacting the owner about this issue, she made a special trip to look it over and agreed it did not match. The owner fixed the issue by removing the rock that was installed and bringing in rock that was all 1 1/2 inch thick and a better color match. We really appreciated that the owner was willing to fix this for us at no additional charge. We have worked with some businesses that are not willing to correct their mistakes. This company did and went above and beyond to fix it. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape."
