"Tom did a good job and was very responsive and worked with my schedule. I already had my design but needed to get it drawn by an architect in order to submit it to the building department and get the permit. He was the most reasonably priced of all the architects I reached out to. Some wanted a percentage of the renovation cost but since I already had my design I just needed drawings to get my permit. He was flexible and came through. There were a few errors on the drawings but he made the corrections when I pointed them out. I would work with him again."

"My wife and I hired Lasting Strength for a gut renovation of the main bathroom in our house. Our experience was nothing short of excellent. Adam and his team are talented and respectful. They were constantly communicating with us during the entire process to discuss ideas and confirm the plan / our vision for the space. They treated our home as though it was their own, taking care not to damage other areas during the work and also cleaning up after every day was completed. We also decided to install a new slider to our deck where one didn't exist before. Adam helped in confirming the size to be ordered and they did another great job. We unexpectedly found some rot on the house during the slider project. They were able to come up with a solution to repair it that didn't inconvenience us and it prevented a huge problem developing later. He listened to our needs and captured what we were looking for while still providing his own artistic flair on the project.
