Zach did the drawings filed the necessary permits with New York City and provided us with the product list. Zach acted as the project manager, and worked very closely with the plumbers, electricians and contractor to ensure that all the details of the project were to his satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner and the finished product is just amazing. I already had my design but needed to get it drawn by an architect in order to submit it to the building department and get the permit. He was the most reasonably priced of all the architects I reached out to. Some wanted a percentage of the renovation cost but since I already had my design I just needed drawings to get my permit. He was flexible and came through. There were a few errors on the drawings but he made the corrections when I pointed them out. I would work with him again."
