A wind mitigation inspection confirmed the repairs do not meet code or insurance standards, and I now have to hire a licensed roofer to redo the work. Even after sharing the report, Christiano refused to provide a refund. I was also unable to find evidence that the company is licensed or insured. On top of that, the cleaning process damaged my grass and plants."
