Glenn's crew arrived when they said they would and worked continuously for 3 1/2 days to replace 42 squares of roofing, 400 SF of low-slope EPDM roofing, and re-flash a chimney, 4 large skylights, and 2 second floor dormers. They installed an OSB radiant heat barrier substrate over the existing spaced sheathing to reduce attic temperatures in the summer, and removed and reinstalled our metal gutter guards on the gutters. We received 5 proposals for the work and they were significantly less expensive than 3 of them, and about the same cost as the other one.
