"Easy to recommend them as they tore my old roof off, laid down all new OSB, and replaced my shingles while I was out of town and the finished product looks this good. I am glad I listened to the color suggestion that Randy gave me. The charcoal color really makes the brick on my home pop. Thanks Avalon."

"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"It seems as if it was a ton of work but the team worked pretty tirelessly from 8AM to 7PM at night to get the job done. Overall, the roof looks really good with only a minor complaint about the A/C cover being scratched but John has assured me this will be rectified. All windows and garage doors were covered so as to not incur any damage. The cleanup was awesome. I have yet to find any nails or left over shingles anywhere in the yard."

"They arrived promptly each day and left my yard cleaner than it started. There were a couple of minor glitches due to missed communication between the different crews but they were promptly corrected when pointed out. As with the painting company I hired after Angie's List, Precision exceeded my expectations! When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them! I have been recommending them to my family and friends in need of roofs or roof repair!"

"<p>If you are looking for a company to do a remodel or construction, I have one bit of advice for you: Get yourselves on Jim's work list as fast as possible, because this company is so excellent that they are going to be backed up for months. Word is spreading about New Image Remodeling, and that word is, "Integrity". This is a quality highly sought after and difficult to find in this day and age.</p> <p>Our project was daunting in many ways. We purchased an old underground home and wanted (needed) to completely gut it and re-do everything. Particular problems were: How to wire in new ceiling lights when the ceiling is concrete with no attic space and the homeowner doesn't want a dropped ceiling; How to run new plumbing when the floors and walls are concrete with no crawl space; How to hide wiring and venting when concrete walls and ceilings provide no access; How to assess and mitigate roofing problems when there are two feet of dirt on top of the roof connected to mansard roof lines. And perhaps most difficult of all for a construction company: How to deal with homeowners who were penny pinchers and wanted to do a good bit of the work themselves. We actually had two other companies who would not work with us because we planned to do the tiling, some electric, all the painting, etc. (to be clear we have renovated several homes, but still it could be difficult to work things out).</p> <p>When we had our first meeting with Jim, I worried that the scope of the project might cause him doubt. But in his calm and considerate way, he took it all in stride and I could see that his wheels were already turning to figure out the puzzles that the house presented. Throughout the project the communication was excellent. Jim stayed in close contact, let me know well ahead of time when workers would be showing up, pushed the schedule up whenever possible, and called or emailed back within hours when I had questions or concerns.</p> <p>When we decided to purchase our own bathroom fixtures, shower, vanity, toilets, rather than have the company provide them, it was no problem at all. When I decided to add more work and new ideas to the list, no problem. When I deleted work from the list, no problem. The contractors he provided were among the best in their fields and their work was excellent. Every last one of them were punctual, polite and efficient. They became friends and I missed them when they left. New Image started the project ahead of schedule, finished ahead of schedule, and came in under budget. Jim presented us with a final review before the final payment, laying out the (many) changes we had requested, and deducted charges where we had deleted work or purchased our own supplies or fixtures. Honesty. You can trust this guy.</p> <p>To sum it up, our remodel experience with New Image was...enjoyable! How often do you hear that about construction or remodel? Jim and his company have our deepest thanks and complete faith. We will definitely be contacting him again when we move into "stage two" of the project in a year or two. I would recommend them to everyone I know, and Jim is welcome to use us as a reference if asked. So stop researching, friendly reader, and call him now. Seriously. He's booked out for months. </p> <br />"

"Review for Piazza Roofing Rating: 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Piazza Roofing highly enough! We were dealing with an active leak, and they went above and beyond by moving us up the schedule to address the emergency before more damage could occur. From the start, the communication was incredible. Andrew was so kind and professional; he took the extra time to explain the entire situation not just to me, but to my husband and son as well. It was so helpful to have the whole family understand exactly what was going wrong and how they planned to fix it. Andrew’s crew managed to complete the entire roof in just one day, which was no small feat. They discovered that the previous owners had performed unpermitted, substandard work that wasn't done correctly. Piazza Roofing didn't just slap on new shingles they made all the necessary repairs to ensure everything was finally up to code and structurally sound. If you are looking for a company that is honest, efficient, and genuinely cares a"
