"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. "Update: 5/13/2021 John followed up and fixed up all the issues. Original review - 11/09/2020 John did a good job of explaining different options available for our roof replacement and also quoted less than others. However, they did a very poor job and because of their carelessness, I have to now hire someone else to fix those issues. Their crew broke one of the roof truss webs, did not use insulated flex ducts for bathroom exhausts, did not cut holes (i.e., excess plywood) under the existing roof vents so the attic does not have improved air-flow. I have been trying to get a hold of john (for the last 6 months) and have sent him numerous emails and called multiple times but I did not hear back yet. I expected better professionalism and customer support from John and fix these issues."
