".I had an older solar heating system that worked on air.  The original installers went out of business a long time ago.  Bill came out and was interested in the job from the start.  He came out and got the damaged panel, and fixed it.  Working with roofers, (I was having the roof redone at the time), installed the repaired panel, plus the second undamaged panel (which the roofers had to take off to put the new roof on), along with the roofers for my new roof, all in one day.  Bill was courteous and engaging, and when I plan to put in a new furnace over the next two years, All Weather Mechanical will be the first in line to get my return business. <br />"

He also gave me some excellent quotes on other things I need done, such as replacement of a very old side door that no longer conforms to present door sizes. The porch is now beautiful! And my bathroom fan no longer sounds like a jet plane taking off. I intend to hire them for additional work and cannot recommend them highly enough. AND the cost was quite reasonable."

"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."

"Albert was extremely helpful throughput the process from initial review and quote to updates on the project timeline. We were willing to wait due to the impact of Covid and they were communicative with the understandable delay everyone is experiencing in availability of materials. They kept us informed throughout the process. The project consisted of removal and installation of new siding, new garage doors, outdoor light fixtures, new front door and garage entry door. Michael and Josh were on site and very professional and helpful with our questions or any concerns through the process. The workmanship was excellent and you could see their attention to detail. I have had other remodelers where communication has been a nightmare but not with Albert, Michael and Josh. I also want to mention Barry who was very diligent in figuring out a wiring problem with one of our light fixtures to ensure it worked properly. They were very meticulous in every detail and it shows. Will definitely use them for future projects."

"My wife and I moved from Ohio to Michigan in August 2013 and purchased a house that is in an ideal location for us.  However, the house had been foreclosed and empty for a couple of years and was in need of much repair.  The entire plumbing system had to be replaced - pipes, fittings, etc., hot water heater, and well tank.  New windows throughout were needed.  The front porch had to be replaced.  Additional repairs such as patching four holes in the kitchen ceiling and one large crack in the entrance hallway ceiling due to the porch support failing. Other items included installing a light/exhaust fan in the bathroom, gutters and downspouts, furnace repair and tune up, and removing a large motorized TV antenna anchored in cement.  <br /> <br />     I suppose that I could have found different people to do all those things.  However, I found E.B. Handyman on line.  When Troy came out to look at the house, he said they could do it all. E.B. Handyman employs their own people, but also contracts with others for some of the work they do.  I was also told that payment was not due until the jobs were complete.  After we finalized the work to be done, E.B. Handyman got it all done when they said they would.  The people who did the work were great craftsmen, polite, efficient, and never too busy to answer a question or to explain what they were doing and why they did it that way.    <br /> <br />    My wife and I are pleased with the results and would not hesitate to contract with E. B. Handyman again, should a need arise for such services. <br />"
