It was a relatively small job, and other companies I contacted couldn't be bothered. Shed roof replacement and siding repair was completed in a day, and the crew left the yard and driveway in pristine condition. They even used a blower on the driveway! "We can't say enough good about working with The Kings Mitigator, and Especially Sam Tetrick! We had a large amount of Hail damage to our home from storms. We ended up with a brand new roof, siding, new Wood under the siding, gutters, and gutter helmets. Sam was invaluable through the entire process, meeting with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered, meeting them at the home when we were at work, calls, picking out our shingles and siding, the entire process really. Even when a wrench was thrown in the process (our home is older and apparently had no wood underneath the siding!) they were able to get all new wood installed as a code upgrade in 1 day, and get insurance to cover that too. Here we are now with an incredible new roof, beautiful high quality siding and brand new gutters and gutter helmets. All installed so professionally and done so well. They made this process as easy as it could be and did everything they could to make sure we were well taken care of. I recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. They are small enough to care intently about us as a client, and big enough to make sure all work is done with quality and durable materials. 5 stars all the way around!"

"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"Mark was a great handler from day 1. I was skeptical because of some negative reviews I had read, but I will let you see the transformation for yourself with pictures if itâ s allowed. "The guy-Kim came out exactly when he said he would. They came to installed roof exactly when he said they would. It looks really good and they cleaned up really well. I am a gardener and I don't think I lost even one plant I got a number of bids and K&K were right in the middle of them. I went with this company because Kim was very professional and I felt confident that he would do what he said he would and he did.
