"The crew did an excellent job and was able to keep the tree from damaging the property by gradually taking it down in smaller sections. They arrived around 1230 and were done and gone by 4 o clock. Stump was ground out and all debris cleaned up. Total cost was 900 dollars which was in line with the work that needed to be done."

"10-20-14 we are still in the planning stages of the project. We have picked put the cabinets, floor and walls to be removed etc. Today the electrical contractor will do a walk thru. I expect a quote from Silver Hammer within a week. This will pave the way for financing. The cabinets costs are a little more than I wanted to pay but the quality is there $19, 658.00. The floor material cost is about $2,000.00. We will see if the project will be on time and on budget."

"My Dad's house was in need of an exterior makeover and painting was not an option. I received 3 quotes to cover the fascia board, soffits and replace some windows. Kevin showed an interest in the house whereas the others gave the impression that a house of that size wasn't worth their time. Aaron did an exceptional job installing everything and we love the prairie grid windows! Dad and I are thrilled with the work, the price and plan to use Kevin Thompson LLC again as our budget allows."

"This is one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. From the initial inspection video that showed exactly what the problems were to the hard working masonry crew to the crew that did the flashing and roofing, these guys are simply the best. Throughout the project they sent regular reports on progress, with photos and videos. I would hire this contractor again in a heartbeat."

"I recently used Cardinal Moving when I moved into a different apartment. The members of the moving crew were Robert Glasgow and Trevon White. Robert called approximately 15 minutes before they arrived. When they arrived they did a walk through to assess the number of items to be moved. After a brief conversation they went right to work. I found both Robert and Trevon to be pleasurable and seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. I will definitely use Cardinal Moving again and would highly recommend Cardinal Moving to anyone who is moving, especially if all their crews are as hard working and easy to work with as Robert and Trevon."

"At the store things were fine. They had the product I'd been reading about in May looks/finishes & were happy to have me borrow their samples. I didn't know this initially but, apparently, the estimator was way off on his days to completion estimate. Once the main installer arrived & pulled up the old carpet, he could tell there was a lot of leveling and repair work that was needed on the subfloor. He said it was going to take a lot longer but I was ok with that. I'll give the main installer credit, he worked hard and well. He did an amazing job cutting the ends of the planks to fit the uneven edges of my stone hearth. The problem was he couldn't stay on site to finish the job. Besides my house, already had one ongoing project and a new one about to start. So, I got the B team. There were two guys left to finish my floors. One seemed ok but the other one was completely green. He admitted he was usually on the selling side of things & had just started laying floors. That was obvious when he grabbed planks to lay down. It's vinyl so the patterns repeat. You have to mix up the boxes and patterns so it looks more natural. He was just grabbing the next plank out of the same box. I mentioned this to him twice and thought he understood. But as I was working from home in my upstairs office I couldn't watch every plank go down. There are now three areas that have matching/identical planks lying right next to each other. By the time I'd come down & caught the problems, another 49 sf had been laid. Neither of the two gentleman knew quite what to do with my quarter round/baseboard. In some spots they took it al the way to the doorways & in other spots they stopped at the door baseboard. Thankfully, the seasoned installer stopped by and fixed that. With time and furniture placement, I barely notice the problem areas. My fear is that if/when we go to sell the house those problems will stick out like a sore thumb. I already know there's no ROI with vinyl (it's strictly convenience for our way of living) but I don't want it to be a liability because of a bad install."
