My Observations: 2 very polite workmen, asked to see the job and explained that: Yup, we can remove the tree, of course I can lay the fallen tree to miss the fence...the tree missed the fence. Very hard job of moving the cut up main tree trunk to different spots on the property. Very professional and pleasant arborists. Also, all the branches and twigs, were removed and the area raked. A blower was used to disperse the sawdust from all the cuttings and the men did all the work in the RAIN. I mean, what else can I say, their actions, work ethic and competence speak for themsel ves. ".Although Jake is a very nice person, he needs to communicate!!!!!! Before we agreed on a price, there were times that we didn't hear from Jake for 2 weeks. The previous rating was a little generous. 
   Now, 8 months later, we had Jake install a new kitchen faucett. The hot and cold water lines under the sink were put on backwards. Example: left knob is cold--right knob hot. Called him on the phone ( he was actually reached) and explained the problem. He said he would return the following day. Nothing. I have left him 3 messages to call me-no return calls. If you want to hire this company, beware of no return calls.
