"Kevin did an outstanding job, that is, once he had the opportunity to do it. He got it pressure washed fairly quickly and then it began to rain most every day as it does here in the Florida panhandle during the summer. Undeterred, Kevin made multiple trips to the house, working on the pergola as the weather would allow. Kevin is very persistent and a perfectionist in his work so he stayed at it over several days and visits and put the final coating on the pergola today! It looks great and was worth the wait! He was concerned about the time it took but I told him I would rather wait and have it done really well than rush and get a poor job. He hung with it and I will definitely be hiring him in the future for fence and deck work around the house. This is the second job he has done for us, both with outstanding results."

"Overall well, but disappointed in the last day when final payment due. There was a fairly minor thing that was damaged during roof replacement. Mr Ryan Vess did not disagree that they had damaged it. I was told there due it all man was very busy at the time but he would get to it in the next 2 weeks. Ryan shook my hand & guaranteed it would be completed very soon & I turned over the final payment on 10/28/16. After 3 calls made to Ryan over the next 2 months with each time his stating he couldn't believe that it wasn't done yet. I decided that I had relearned a valuable lesson, never make final payment till the job is completed completely. Even when your dealing with otherwise reliable vendors & you even know the owner Mr Bowers personally. The other comment about Art Construction is the work crew was from south of the border, which I had no problem with. The problem was when I had a question or comment, I could not relay it due to language. The actual work crew I will give & A+ to. A Mr TJ Prime was supposed to be the go between myself & the crew. He was never there, I did call him with a concern he came over stood & listened to me for a few minutes between taking phone calls. Advised he would handle it, then left with out speaking to crew. Not impressed with Mr Prime. I would strongly suggest to Art Construction that they have someone at the work site that the owner can speak to on a regular basis when were spending that kind of money! Over all I give Mr Ryan an A, he just needs to follow trough on the final details to the end. I give the actual working crew an A+ they were prompt & hard working."

"Mr Schneider returned my email the same day and was able to set up an own site inspection the next day. He was on time and very professional. He went out of his way to help locate corner markers that had been covered up over the years. <br /> The next day he sent an estimate.I called and a date was set up to start. He called the morning of the job to say crew was on way. <br /> The crew that was run by his son Anthony was on time and did all work in a very professional manor. <br /> All work and materials were done as I specified and in a timely manor. <br /> I would use Schneider Farm Fence in the future and would recommend them to friends."

"Pole barn construction was professional, workers and quality were great. We are very happy with the building. A sub-contractor was employed by ToolTime for the driveway. Concrete was not as described and poorly installed. James (owner) worked diligently to resolve the issue with both the concrete company and the sub-contractor. While it took a little time, the situation has been resolved to our satisfaction."

"We signed the original contract July 29, 2014. At that time all windows and doors were measured and ordered shortly thereafter. Because of a previously scheduled vacation the installation wasn't done until October 2014. During the installation process it was noted that the door going onto the back porch was too small. Since the door was custom sized it had to be reordered and it took a couple of months for it to come in. <br /> With the exception of the incorrect door size problem we are very happy with the windows and doors that have been installed. Coincidentally our termite inspector uses a thermal device to check the walls for insects which also shows cool or warm spots. His thermal reading showed that the installation of the windows and doors is quite energy-efficient. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of the product and are especially happy with the crew that installed the windows and doors.  <br /> With the exception of the time it took and the overall cost we are extremely pleased the work done. We would have this company do the job for us in the future. <br />"

"I own an older home (built in 1950), which still had the original door to the outside.  I not only needed a new door hung, but some repair work/replacement of the threshold.  I called Timothy Porter and he arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time to give me an estimate.  He seemed very knowledgeable about many handyman-type tasks--everything from building decks to replacing kitchen cabinets. He examined the door and threshold that I needed replaced and explained everything that he would need to do.  He even gave me advice about what to look for when I purchased my new door.  His estimate seemed fair and resonable.  I scheduled a time with Mr. Porter to do the work, and again, he showed up 5 minutes before schedule, which I really like.  I hate having to sit around and wait for someone when I've made an appointment.  He began work immediately.  What I really like about him is that he takes his time, doesn't seem rushed, and really seems to enjoy his work.  He has a very calm, easy going manner and is confident about what he is doing.  The entire process, which included pulling out the old framework and removing the original threshold, took about 4 hours.  He made sure the door was hung level, caulked all of the areas needing to be caulked, and he cleaned up after himself.  My new door looks great!  I am very, very satisfied and will use Mr. Porter for other repairs/renovations.  I highly recommend him! <br />"

"Roofers yes, good.   <br /> Freeman's roofing's  "Carpenters" .  not so much.  was told they would come back out and never saw them again.  I would have done the soffit repairs myself if i knew that was what i was paying for"
