Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."

"It was okay. The company sent 2 techs. They could’ve come before it turned dark. The deal was supposed to include weeding, and other services. They had to leave 20 minutes early which was 40 minutes for the 2 workers. Scheduling was fine and the leaf removal was excellent. However, I'd specified on my order some additional bush trimming, and that didn't get done."
