"The crew of two arrived about 20 minutes early (7:40 for an 8:00 am start) and they proceeded to tour the house to get the overall feel of the job. I pointed out three stained glass windows that are too rickety to clean; they agreed. They started by removing all the screens and taking them outside to power wash with our hose. Then they used ladders to reach third and second-story windows, cleaning the outsides first. Then they did interior, then replaced screens. They managed to open some storm windows that no one had previously conquered, which was amazing. They were focused, efficient, and worked solidly for about 3.5 hours. The house looks so much better--unbelievable! I want to get this done every year now.

"This was the third time that JLM came over.  The first was for gutter cleaning ($120), the second to install a section of gutter on a side proch.  I find that it is hard to try to contact JLM by phone but by email it works just fine.  Anne, Luis' assistant, is helpful, friendly and efficient.  Luis is honest, cordial, prompt and gets the work done as promised.   I am pleased with JLM and hope to continue being my go-to outfit for anything gutters.
