"All in one deal, he takes care of everything. They aerate the lawn, put the plugs down, and reseed the lawn and all. I have had to call them back a few times. I have had weeds, so I tell them you sprayed for weeds, and they come back, and take care of the issue, but they should have taken care of them the first time around."

"After removing the pool and several huge pine trees, our yard (front, side and back) was destroyed the previous fall. We had reseeded using a seed recommended by Bestfeed which grew into tufts of weed grass, that did not match the 25% of our yard salvaged from the previous fall. We had several people come out to give estimates and advises on what could be done. Of the handful of people that I met, Friendly Islander's definitely gave me the best impression in person. I was initially a little wary after speaking with him over the phone, since it was a little difficult to understand with the heavy accent, but that concern left very quickly after meeting him in person. He seemed to truly care and detailed about the state of the lawn, pulling out weeds even as we were walking around the property discussing what needed to be done. A couple of days later, he dropped off a huge book with photos of his projects along with the estimate for me to review. The reference photos seemed very nice so I had him start the project. He explained the process and timeline of removing the existing lawn and waiting, then seeding right before a good rain was to come. Gave us directions to how much to water and called and stopped by to check how the grass was growing. He was also to stop by to remove any weeds that'd grow after grass filled out, but they did such a great job on the initial removal & seeding, there was no need for him to return. It was great not having to oversee everything that was being done, since he took it on himself to make sure everything was done correctly. I didn't actually get to see them work much, since I was at work most of the time they were over. But even our retired neighbors remarked how efficiently they had worked. It took them just 3 separate visits to complete the job. I'm extremely happy with the work they did and would hire them again."
