Whenever I asked them to look at an area again, they did so without any hesitation and said their goal was to make sure I was satisfied. There is good customer service, then there is great customer service, then there is best customer service and then there is Hennelly and Son! And they are so friendly to talk to. Juan came out promptly to provide an estimate for cleaning outside windows or both outside and inside, which I appreciated. He came out the day after I notified him that I wanted him to do the work. His demeanor is great and he's easy to work with. He is careful with his work, and took extra care with ladder placement after I told him that we'd had several ornamental bushes crushed when ladders were placed for a painting job some years ago.
