So I called them. He was pretty happy I called because he told me he didn't do computers :-) But he came out to my house pretty promptly, provided a quote, I accepted the quote and within days he came out and provided the service. They were very professional and there was an area that he did that was not originally part of the quote that he excavated and concreted and did not charge me for it. The job was complete in hours, 7 or 8 hours and when I got home from work, it was complete and covered because it looked like rain. "What they do is, if you have a basement or a garage (in our case, a garage wall) that's underground that looks like it's starting to cave in, they drill holes in the wall and put these big plates on the inside and then put in a big rod through. And they did hole on the outside, about five feet deep, and put plate out there and then tightens those up so that it pulls up the wall back into place. It anchors the wall. The quality of the work was very good and pricing was good. Friendliness of the guys and professionalism was good as well. The only difficulty we had was sometimes in terms of scheduling; we had a big blizzard on then day they were originally scheduled to do that and obviously we didn't expect them to do it that day, but they didn't call which might be okay because the mayor even told people not to go to work. That was on a Wednesday, but we didn't hear anything even on Thursday and Friday or even the following week. They called about three in the afternoon on Thursday the week after that and said they were going to do it the next day, which made it a little difficult in terms of making sure we had somebody here except for the fact that this was between Christmas and New Year's and that was the only reason we made it. It wasn't a major problem, but I would have just wanted them to be a little more proactive in terms of scheduling."

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"
