Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told &#39;m sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back &amp; clean up all the mess that was left &amp; fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice &amp; respectful &amp; addressed &amp; fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess &amp; broke a item of mine I&#39;ve had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"The salesman was knowledgeable and it didn’t take long for the crew to come out to do the work. The roofing job itself is fine. The price was hefty but I don’t mind paying extra for quality work. The problem is that I was told someone would come do a walk around with me after the job was done and that the crew would clean up when they were done. Once the job was finished, the crew packed up and left and that was it. We did the inspection ourselves (because no one came back out to follow up like we were promised) and there were nails everywhere including in the ALLEY behind our garage (they shingled the garage). So disappointed in the lack of follow through. Not worth the price paid by a long shot."
