"We had a non-functioning sump pump of course, over the weekend. I looked up on Angie's list, and found this company that does services over the weekend at additional cost. We called, and were promptly answered . We were given a quote right away over the phone, which was over our budget. So we decided to wait till the next bushiness day, and on Monday morning, we called a few companies around for pricing and availability. We did find some very expensive quotes, some relatively cheap ones ( like 200$) cheap than the THE PLUMBER INC, but didn't get a professional attitude from the one with cheap pricing. So we decided to go with called THE PLUMBER INC and appointed them to do the above mentioned job. They were very professional and patient in answering our questions. Gave us the website and exact details for our products. They were also able to accommodate us within the very same day, to get the installation done. The works-man showed up at appointed time, had shoe covers on , so that my carpet stayed clean :) Even cleaned up the gravel and the erosions.
