"I found the site over the web and contacted thecompany. From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."

"Trap had filled with gunk and plugged up. Serviceman (Gary?) went straight to it, pulled it out, cleaned it in laundry room sink, and reinstalled it. Also cleaned flame sensor. Happened right before a cold snap and it ran perfect all through the rough weather. Oh. And I was pleased that serviceman didn't mind me looking over his shoulder. He was friendly and informative throughout the service call."

"It went better than I expected. They were here at 700 A.M. and were done by 12:00.They were real professionals.They protected all my shrubs and cleaned up everything after the job was done. No arguing or yelling very nice gentleman. When I called about the job Dean Willette came right down and afterwards came two times to see if I was happy. I am glad I went with them. I asked after they did the house if they could do my shed and they took care of that too. <br /> <br />"
