My business career to date originated with River West Construction which is a family owned and operated business that started in 1987. Our business specializes in interior and exterior construction. During the length of my career, with River West Construction, I have built over 50 custom made homes and Commercial buildings including the following: Taco Bell, KFC, Qdoba (owned by Jack in the Box), Casey Muffler and Brake, Lime Light Night Club, and Badger Murphy. Recently, our family business has down sized as an owner operated construction business in order to efficiently meet the needs of our customers and provide them with the skills and expertise that we are equipped with, allowing us to handle any job. We are now able to focus on our customers' individual needs and meet those needs to our best abilities, providing high quality customer satisfaction. Through our owner operated business we can successfully take on home repairs, small jobs, or complete remodels. Upon transitioning to a smaller owner operated business, we are pleased to see a high turnover rate due to continued support and customer referrals.

We are a family owned and operated corporation. We strive to ensure customer satifaction and take a great deal of pride in our work. We do not sub-contract any of our work. Our typical billing contract is 20% at time of signing, 30% on start of project, with the remainding 50% due on completion. We often offer very good limited time deals in addition to our "no expiration date" deal of 10% off to seniors and current or former military personelle. We are also open to financing on case by case basis.

General Contracting, Carpentry and Consulting. We have been in business for 35 yrs. all business has been referrals. Our specialty is carpentry and design. We have 3 permanent employees 2 have been with us for 12 & 10 yrs. We hire our own sub-contractors many have been with us for the 35 yrs we've been in business. We require 25% down payment at the beginning of the job with payment increments of 25% as the job progresses. All add work orders will be in writing. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded. No financing. No promotions.
