We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. "Wow, just wow. These guys came in for a quote for what we wanted to do. They also pointed out a few issues with our floor that we hadn't noticed but needed to be addressed. They started on time, finished on time and when they say they use a 97% dustless sander they mean it. There was hardly any dust anywhere. As for the finished product, incredible. 60yr old original hardwood floors that haven't been treated since day one and they now look like brand new straight from the factory floors. He took the time to explain the type of wood being used and walked us through the entire process. He even provided samples of the different stains we wanted to have on our floor, allowing us to choose the perfect color for our space.
