They explained their cleaning method before starting and took extra care of my belongings when moving them out of the room. They checked the fabric's manufacturer's cleaning label before cleaning my chair to see what they recommend. That helped them know to dry clean the chair instead of steam cleaning it. "This is the 3rd upholstery project that Renny Dean did for me, and I am delighted with the results! He not only did a beautiful job with the upholstery, but he fixed damage caused by a prior upholsterer (separated joinery & broken wood) and matched the wood color on the damaged chair, which was previously stripped. It was completed in 3 weeks and cost $600 (excluding fabric). It was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, plus it included pick up and drop off. I am already thinking about my next project for Renny Dean!"

He took his time, did a very good job, was neat and pointed out slight stains on the furniture that could not be removed (sofas were older and had been in storage for months). Second experience was completely different. Two guys. In a rush. They missed stains, were rough with the cleaning, left water on the wood floor and clearly were in a rush to get somewhere else. The rugs and furniture they were asked to clean were all less than 2 years old."
